Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Excellence methodologies.
• Assist with process mapping, value stream mapping (VSM), and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Help develop and maintain project plans and track progress of improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Kaizen events, brainstorming sessions, and other continuous improvement activities.
• Support Lean and Six Sigma certification projects, including Yellow Belt initiatives.
• Assist with Lean Maturity Assessments, benchmarking activities, and best-practice sharing.
• Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, visual management tools, and performance metrics.
• Support the development of training materials, standard work documents, databases, and educational resources.
• Collaborate with employees across multiple departments to drive process improvements and support business objectives.
