Job summary

US PharmaLab Inc. in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Specialist to drive continuous improvement across operations. You will support the SYSPRO ERP system, collaborate with regional and corporate teams, and lead Lean projects to improve cost, efficiency and safety.

• At least three years in manufacturing or CI/consulting roles.
• Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies to complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Define continuous improvement targets with management and report against objectives.
• Review workflows and assist in root-cause analysis with the team.
• Identify gaps via root-cause analysis and present to leadership.
