GE Appliances in Louisville, KY seeks a Senior Process Improvement Engineer to lead equipment and process efficiency in our production area. You will collaborate across maintenance, quality, and operations to improve OEE, reduce scrap, and drive standard work with data-driven methods.

You’ll own preventative maintenance audits, evaluate tooling, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Manufacturing Engineering/Operations/Quality support roles.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of equipment and tooling in the production area from sign-off onwards.
• Serve as primary troubleshooter for plant processes with maintenance for repairs.
• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through monitoring and improvements.
• Audit Preventative Maintenance plans to maximize uptime and compliance.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Leader to prioritize maintenance actions.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of equipment and special tools.
