Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing equipment and processes.
• 3+ years managing capital equipment procurement projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital equipment procurement projects with GE standards and supplier engagement.
• Own program metrics including labor plan, budgets and quality of in-house parts.
• Develop manufacturing processes with cross-functional teams and TPM concepts.
• Create Manufacturing Control Plans and Instructions with cross-functional input.
• Collaborate with EHS to ensure safety in equipment and processes.
• Work with Lean teams to optimize material flow and workstation setup.
• Support DFMA considerations with design teams.
