Job summary
Grundfos in Brookshire, Texas, United States is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing equipment and facilities. Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in facility and machine maintenance in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Good Engineering Practices and maintenance programs.
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, indicators).
- Strong math skills for fabrication, geometry and algebra, and ability to use hand tools and forklifts.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime, liaising with third-party suppliers for purchasing or repair jobs as needed.
- Implement and maintain TPM programs for all factory equipment, assemblies lines, and testing facilities.
- Drive continuous improvement of factory workflows through process automation, yield improvement, and cost reduction projects.
- Support new assembly projects, engineering works, and production equipment setup and commissioning.
- Participate in facilities projects including daily maintenance, mechanical repairs, and infrastructure upkeep.
- Adhere to all EHS requirements, including waste disposal, spill response, material handling, and environmental compliance procedures.
