General Scrap Inc. seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst to develop, implement, and sustain the operational excellence strategy using ICIS. You will lead cross‑functional teams, coach in Lean methods, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity while engaging employees in change initiatives.

You will analyze performance, track KPIs, and support the financial validation of initiatives, shaping a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years in operations, quality, or continuous improvement.
• Experience analyzing operational data to identify problems and actions.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional ideation and continuous improvement sessions.
• Identifies and executes ICIS and CI initiatives improving safety, quality, and productivity.
• Analyses operational data and tracks KPIs; reports trends and gaps.
• Trains and mentors employees in ICIS principles and Lean methods.
• Collaborates with departments to sustain improvements and achieve results.
