Job summary

Search Masters, Inc. is recruiting for a senior CI/Lean leader to drive continuous improvement across the plant. You will teach, facilitate, and champion CI standards and best practices to deliver improvements in safety, throughput, productivity, cost, and delivery performance.

The role requires a strong Lean background and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of CI experience, 5+ years in leadership, and a Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CI experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required; Engineering is preferred.
• Aerospace background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, teach, facilitate, and drive CI standards across the plant.
• Drive the plant's standards, methods, and tools to improve safety, throughput, productivity, cost, and inventory/delivery performance.
• Serve as the plant's lean expert and lead CI initiatives across operations.
