Job summary

Responsibilities include planning Charters, managing timelines and budgets, coaching teams, and reporting results to senior leadership with a focus on cost savings and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in process improvement, operations management, project management, or related role in aerospace component manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance performance in aerospace manufacturing processes.
• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement activities across departments and locations.
• Plan, execute, and oversee projects aligned with strategic objectives, including facility moves and new product lines.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship on continuous improvement tools (5S, TPM, Kaizen, Visual Factory).
• Establish KPIs, track progress, and present reports on outcomes and cost savings to senior leadership.
