Job summary

Stellant Systems is hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager in Torrance, CA to lead site CI efforts. You will develop and drive a data-driven CI program across operations, partnering with diverse teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and lead time.

The role requires 9+ years in CI and operations, with Lean/Six Sigma expertise and experience in high-reliability manufacturing and aerospace contexts. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement and operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Operations/Business; Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA/DFMA/DTC and high-reliability assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the continuous improvement roadmap for the site; track progress with KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams from planning through execution of CI projects.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify bottlenecks and reduce waste.
• Develop productivity improvement plans and monitor results.
• Coach and mentor CI team and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
