Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in a manufacturing environment with lean and rapid improvement exposure.
• Minimum three years in leadership roles and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing and CI initiatives to improve efficiency and delivery.
• Collaborate with shop floor teams and CAPEX projects as needed.
• Standardize processes, train operators, and certify skill readiness.
• Analyze P&L to identify cost reductions and margin improvements.
• Drive Kaizen events and sustain improvements with visual controls.
