Stellant Systems, Inc. in Torrance, CA seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI initiatives across the site, improving safety, quality, delivery, cost and lead time.

You will develop people, guide a high-performing team, and support Space production ramp-ups while driving measurable operating improvements. The ideal candidate brings 9+ years in CI and operations, proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP/BI tools, and a proven track record of transforming processes in aerospace

Competenze

• 9+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement and operations management.
• Strong business acumen with P&L and balance sheet ownership.
• Experience with high-reliability assembly processes for highly engineered products.
• Knowledge of lean implementation and overcoming organizational resistance.
• Experience deploying new production lines and ramping up production.
• Experience applying FMEA/DFMA/DTC methodologies.

Mansioni

• Create and execute the continuous improvement roadmap for the site.
• Lead cross-functional teams from planning to execution of CI projects.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve workflows.
• Develop and track KPIs; drive root-cause and corrective actions.
• Coach and mentor teams; foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to align CI with business goals.
