• Develop site capabilities through hands-on project execution and targeted training across operations and support teams.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify optimization opportunities and report progress to leaders.
• Conduct operational gap assessments and implement countermeasures to align with GAF Business System standards.
• Drive Kaizen initiatives and mentor cross-functional teams in root-cause analysis and problem-solving.
