Job summary

GAF in Ennis, TX is seeking an CI Engineer III to drive operational excellence across the plant. You will deploy Lean manufacturing principles, mentor cross-functional teams, and lead Kaizen events to deliver measurable gains in safety, quality, and customer delivery.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will analyze operational metrics, develop improvement programs, and build site capabilities through hands-on project execution and targeted training.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives and CI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Lean principles across a high-velocity production environment.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and drive objectives through coaching and influence.
• Develop site capabilities through hands-on project execution and targeted training.
