Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of people leadership and team building in high-volume manufacturing.
• Willingness to relocate as part of career progression.
• Experience leading supply chain or logistics is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and manage people.
• Ability to embrace change and champion change effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance and production staff toward safety and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean, 5S, kaizen, and other initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain safety, production and quality standards.
• Analyze KPIs and drive data-backed improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Build and develop a robust talent portfolio within Operations including succession planning.
• Partner with Plant leadership to set and achieve performance, safety, quality and engagement goals.
• Manage budgets, plan capital projects, and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining quality.
