Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in executing continuous improvement initiatives and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean deployment across a high-velocity production environment with data-backed gains in safety, quality, and delivery.
• Act as change agent, facilitating Kaizen events and driving objectives without direct supervisory authority.
• Foster a sustainable CI culture by engaging cross-functional teams and building site capabilities.
• Analyze metrics to identify optimization trends and report progress to leaders while aligning with GAF standards.
• Drive gap assessments and implement countermeasures to improve performance.
• Develop and deploy process optimization and quality enhancement programs across the plant network.
• Mentor teams in root-cause analysis and problem-solving frameworks.
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to secure buy-in for CI initiatives.
