Xcel Energy is seeking a Sr Technical Leadership Development Instructor to design, deliver, and continuously improve leadership and technical training programs. You will apply adult learning and SAT principles to analyze needs, develop content, facilitate learning, and assess outcomes, partnering with stakeholders to align with strategic priorities and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of training experience, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to obtain unescorted

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of related training/learning experience.
• Facilitation/instruction experience in classroom or practical settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop leadership training using adult learning and SAT principles.
• Deliver leadership programs, workshops, and coaching across the organization.
• Manage end-to-end program execution including scheduling, logistics, and materials.
• Ensure content and delivery meet regulatory and internal requirements.
