Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a Sr Technical Leadership Development Instructor to design, deliver, and continuously improve leadership and technical training programs. The role applies adult learning and SAT principles to analyze needs, develop content, facilitate learning, and evaluate outcomes.

The incumbent partners with stakeholders to align solutions with strategy, delivers high-quality programs, and ensures regulatory and accreditation requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 5+ years in training/learning roles.
• Demonstrated facilitation experience in classrooms, labs, or on-the-job settings.
• Knowledge of adult learning, SAT, and program evaluation practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve leadership training using SAT and adult learning.
• Deliver leadership programs, provide coaching, and tailor sessions for diverse audiences.
• Manage end-to-end program execution, logistics, and participant experience.
• Assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements; support accreditation.
