Job summary

Xcel Energy in the United States seeks a Sr Technical Leadership Development Instructor to design, deliver, and improve leadership and technical training programs, applying SAT and adult-learning principles to develop content and assess impact.

You will partner with stakeholders to align learning with strategy, facilitate sessions, coach learners, and manage end-to-end program logistics while ensuring regulatory and accreditation requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of related training/learning experience.
• Experience delivering training to adult learners.
• Facilitation/instruction experience in classroom or practical settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership training programs using SAT and adult learning principles.
• Develop assessments and materials to measure learning outcomes.
• Facilitate programs and provide coaching to learners.
• Manage end-to-end program execution including scheduling, logistics and records.
