Consumers Energy is seeking a Senior Leadership Development Manager to design and drive leadership and professional development programs that align with business priorities. You will partner with HR and business leaders to translate talent insights into scalable programs that deliver measurable impact.

You will lead multiple initiatives, coach leaders, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field with 4+ years of OD/HR/business experience.
• Associate's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field with 6+ years of OD/HR/business experience.
• High School diploma with 8+ years of OD/HR/business experience.

Responsibilities

• Leverage learning technologies, AI-enabled tools, benchmarking, data, and Lean practices to improve development programs and outcomes.
• Lead design, delivery, and improvement of leadership and professional development programs with measurable outcomes.
• Design engaging experiences using varied methods: cohorts, coaching, assessments, experiential/digital learning, and peer learning.
• Select and manage internal/external partners, vendors, coaches, and resources with quality and contract oversight.
• Manage multiple programs and milestones with governance, communications, and resource planning.
