Brightview Senior Living, LLC seeks a Senior Leadership Development Specialist to design and facilitate leadership development experiences across 50 communities. The role is hybrid from our Baltimore Home Office, focusing on practical application and coaching to strengthen leader capability and align programs with organizational priorities.

You will partner with community and Home Office leaders, develop facilitators, and evaluate impact while traveling up to 75% to support learning in the field.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in learning and development, organizational development, education, human resources, or a related field from a four‑year college or university and at least seven plus years of experience in leadership training, programming, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years leadership experience with direct reports preferred.
• Background in learning and development or organizational development required; experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site service organization preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate leadership development experiences through classroom instruction, virtual learning, group discussions, case studies, simulations, and coaching.
• Visit communities to understand operational challenges, support leadership development, provide coaching and feedback, and evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Develop facilitator guides, train-the-trainer experiences, and certification standards; coach facilitators and provide actionable feedback to strengthen consistency and quality.
