Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union seeks a Senior Leadership Advisor to partner with people leaders, delivering leadership development workshops and mentoring while aligning programs to business needs. The role focuses on enhancing manager effectiveness and creating environments that empower staff to excel.

You will manage cohorts, coordinate surveys, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver best practices in leadership development. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience leading a team and delivering leadership/soft-skills content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey insights to diverse audiences.
• Willing to obtain certifications in focus areas (CCL, LinkedIn Learning, etc.).
• Experience with adult learning principles and hybrid training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive leadership and professional/soft skills workshops, intensives, and cohorts in-person and virtually.
• Mentor leaders and partner with them to prioritize leadership development and strengths-based management.
• Manage cohorts, track components, and coordinate surveys with internal/external partners.
• Assist with communications, registrations, curation, and events as a liaison between L&D and business leaders.
• Engage with external content providers to deliver best practices.
