Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. seeks a Sr. Learning & Development Manager to shape and implement world-class leadership development programs that empower leaders and employees to embody our principles and drive innovation in a rapidly evolving global environment.

The role focuses on building a robust leadership pipeline, coaching leaders, and partnering with HR and executives to measure and demonstrate program impact across regions. Hybrid work model with in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field
• 12+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational development, or talent management
• 3+ years in a senior/lead role within a fast-paced global technology environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments in partnership with HRBPs and senior leaders to identify leadership capabilities and development gaps
• Design and implement scalable leadership development programs, workshops, and learning experiences aligned with company priorities
• Incorporate adult learning principles, neuroscience and leadership theories into program designs
• Lead selection and management of external vendors, consultants and executive coaches
• Facilitate high-impact workshops for diverse global audiences
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on their development journeys
• Build relationships with internal SMEs to leverage knowledge for delivery
• Develop evaluation methodologies and metrics to assess ROI and impact
• Analyze program data and feedback to identify trends and improvements
• Communicate program progress and strategic direction to stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to integrate initiatives with organizational goals
• Act as trusted advisor on leadership development practices and trends
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and feedback
• Curate learning content and materials and leverage internal learning tech to improve access and engagement
