Johnson Controls, a global leader in building systems and energy efficiency, seeks an enterprise product owner for strategic workforce planning and culture shaping. You will lead the playbooks, analytics, and data products enabling long‑range planning and leadership enablement across the organization.

The role requires senior advisory capabilities, collaboration with HR partners, and driving measurable improvements in workforce visibility and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in strategic workforce planning and related organizational areas.
• Hands‑on experience building strategic workforce plans or culture‑shaping tools.
• Experience designing playbooks, toolkits or standard work adopted enterprise‑wide.
• Experience integrating workforce planning with financial and operating planning cycles.
• Strong analytical capability translating workforce data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Ability to advise and influence senior leaders and HR partners without direct authority in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Owns the enterprise strategic workforce planning product, including playbooks and linked data products.
• Owns the enterprise culture shaping product, translating Winning Behaviors into observable operating norms.
• Manages products through the value lifecycle with adoption, quality and business value measures.
• Scales workforce planning and culture shaping through HR Business Partners, Talent Partners and leaders.
• Provides white‑glove advisory to senior leaders on high‑priority workforce and culture questions.
