Job summary

The role partners across Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Operations to enable scalable processes, renewals discipline, and strategic deal execution in a global dental devices

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pricing, contract management, deal desk, or related commercial leadership.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, governance, margin, and contract lifecycle.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience partnering with Finance on analytics and profitability.
• Ability to develop scalable operating models and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build and stand up the Deal Desk and contract management workflows.
• Define operating model, governance, KPIs, and escalation paths.
• Partner with Finance to deliver analytics for revenue impact.
• Lead cross-functional governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Coach and scale the pricing organization.
