Job summary

Dentsply Sirona, the world’s largest dental products company, seeks a Senior Manager for Corporate Development & Strategy to lead due diligence and strategic analysis. You will work with a lean team and report to senior leadership on transaction opportunities and growth initiatives.

You will analyze market trends, financials, and inorganic growth options, manage a small team of 2–4, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Regulatory teams to drive value creation across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Economics, Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA preferred for advanced leadership.
• 6–8 years of experience incl. 4 years in IB, PE, or strategy consulting.

Responsibilities

• Understand market and industry landscape and dynamics, including trends and competitors.
• Develop robust financial analyses and align inputs with stakeholders.
• Conduct due diligence on transactional opportunities, including M&A or divestitures.
• Support execution of new business and acquisition opportunities with financial analysis and materials.
• Coordinate with external service providers as necessary.
• Assist with review and analysis of strategic business decisions and potential product development.
• Structure complex analyses to develop recommendations for Strategy and leadership.
• Integrate inorganic acquisitions into the business model with cross-organizational collaboration.
• Oversee interaction between departments to support initiatives.
• Ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned.
