The role requires extensive clinical laboratory operations experience and a track record of leading teams in a service-driven environment.

The leader will partner with analytical operations, client services, logistics, quality, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service and an exceptional client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of operational management experience.
• Or a master’s degree and 3+ years of operational management experience.
• Experience collaborating with physicians, scientists, admin, and clients.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-analytical laboratory operations and client support.
• Ensure compliance, quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
• Develop managers and staff, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Implement workflow and process improvements for efficiency and client experience.
• Collaborate with laboratory leadership to ensure end-to-end workflows.
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Support growth, new client implementations, and service expansion.
