• Master's degree with two years of lab/management experience after degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop staff with oversight of quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources; support strategic planning and new service implementations.
• Lead special projects as assigned by laboratory leadership and ensure documentation and operations align with Mayo Clinic standards.
