Job summary

Adobe seeks a Senior Manager, Organization Effectiveness & Executive Development to enable senior leaders to deliver priority business outcomes. You will diagnose challenges, design executive development, and partner with HRBPs to deploy integrated, data-driven programs across a global, matrixed organization.

You will translate business strategy into scalable leadership initiatives, influence executives, and measure impact using defined success metrics.

Qualifications

• 10–14+ years of experience in organization effectiveness, leadership development, or management consulting.
• Combination of industry and professional services/consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record advising and influencing senior executives on complex challenges.
• Experience designing and delivering executive-level development and organizational interventions in a global, matrixed environment.
• Deep expertise across organizational design, operating models, change management, culture, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Sr. Director and VP+ leaders, providing expert consultation on organizational and leadership challenges.
• Diagnose root causes and lead organization effectiveness engagements across design, senior team effectiveness, culture, and operating models.
• Design and deliver executive development solutions aligned to business priorities and leadership capability needs.
• Translate strategy into scalable leadership and organizational engagements with measurable impact.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Development, and Talent Management to deliver integrated solutions.
• Influence senior leaders to adopt new approaches that improve alignment, clarity, and execution.
• Leverage data and insights to define success metrics and evolve offerings.
