Job summary

Adobe seeks a Director, HR Business Partner to lead people strategy across multiple lines of business including CXO, C&P, AUP, and Marketing, with locations in San Jose and San Francisco. You will partner with senior leaders to drive talent planning, organizational design, leadership development, and culture.

You will guide leaders, lead succession and talent initiatives, address root HR issues, and act as the Chief People Officer for your businesses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR business partnering or equivalent leadership experience.
• Proven experience in organizational development and leading through change.
• Experience in an Enterprise SaaS company is a plus.
• Strong business insight linking people strategies to priorities.
• Leadership, influence, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Data-driven decision making with curiosity and insights.
• Creativity in HR and willingness to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner and mentor to senior executives.
• Lead talent and succession strategies to improve leadership efficiency.
• Address root causes of HR issues with a methodical approach.
• Lead Employee Experience for your teams and act as Chief People Officer.
• Advise on organizational structure and workforce planning for efficiency and inclusion.
• Embed scalable people processes to improve performance, engagement and growth.
• Speak business language and align HR with company priorities.
