Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Manager Success Partner to coach and consult with people managers up to Director level, guiding day-to-day performance, team dynamics, change management, and mobility across the organization.

This role collaborates with Employee Relations, HR Business Partners, and COEs to support cyclical programs such as quarterly performance evaluations, engagement surveys, and compensation planning, while developing data-driven insights to improve overall manager effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Strong coaching, employee relations, training and development experience considered a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to tell data-driven stories.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, coaching, and guidance to people managers up to Director level on performance management and team dynamics.
• Support cyclical HR programs such as quarterly evaluations, engagement surveys, and compensation planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve manager efficiency using qualitative and quantitative data; share insights with HR partners.
• Create learning opportunities and forums to foster manager community and knowledge sharing.
