Job summary

Adobe seeks a People Manager Consultant and Coach to advise and coach people managers up to Director level on performance, team dynamics, and change management. You will partner with Employee Relations, HR Business Partners, and COEs to support cyclical programs such as performance evaluations and engagement surveys.

You will analyze data to identify opportunities, share insights with HR partners, and help build a thriving manager community through targeted coaching sessions and forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR support, HR business partnering, or related roles.
• Experience with coaching, employee relations, training and development, and/or HR operations a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to employ data for storytelling and insights.
• Strong relationship building, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in managing projects and achieving timely outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, coaching, and guidance to people managers up to Director level on performance, team effectiveness, and change management.
• Support cyclical programming including performance evaluations, engagement surveys, and compensation planning.
• Use data to identify opportunities and share insights with HR partners to address business needs.
• Foster learning and collaboration through manager forums and community events.
