Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Manager, Critical Support Operations to lead CSS personnel and ensure reliable field support for our mission‑critical facilities across North America.

You will partner with Site Operations, Engineering, Construction and Asset Management to drive corrective actions, risk reduction and reliability improvements. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Ten years in mission-critical facilities or data center operations.
• Five years of progressive leadership of technical personnel.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and controls systems including BMS/EPMS.
• Experience leading technical assessments and corrective actions.
• Working knowledge of CMMS, maintenance planning and lifecycle practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership across regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and regional deployment planning for CSO personnel.
• Oversee Operational Technical Assessments across the North American portfolio.
• Coordinate CSS deployment for maintenance, readiness and incident response.
• Partner with Site Operations, Engineering, Construction and Asset Management on priorities.
• Prepare executive reports and support leadership reviews on corrective actions.
