Job summary

Vantage in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Manager, Critical Support Operations to lead the CSO team across North America. You will drive operational reliability, coordinate resources with Site Operations, Engineering, and Asset Management, and ensure field support is delivered consistently and safely.

You will oversee risk-based improvements, maintenance programs, and CMMS governance, while mentoring CSS personnel and advancing career growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mission-critical facilities or data center operations.
• 5+ years in progressive leadership of technical personnel.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical systems and controls.
• Experience leading audits, corrective actions and multi-site programs.
• Familiarity with CMMS, maintenance planning and asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSS staff; manage deployment and workload across NA.
• Oversee Operational Technical Assessments and corrective actions.
• Coordinate remote troubleshooting and major maintenance.
• Prepare executive reports and support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure safety, reliability and efficiency in mission-critical ops.
