Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager, Critical Support Operations to lead CSS personnel and ensure reliable, safe operation across North America. The role requires coordinating resource deployment, managing corrective actions, and driving portfolio-wide improvements with site and regional leaders.

You will oversee technical assessments, governance of corrective actions, and cross-site support, while promoting safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in critical facilities

Qualifications

• Ten years in mission-critical facilities or data center operations.
• Five years of progressive leadership in technical teams.
• Knowledge of mission-critical electrical, mechanical and controls systems.
• Experience leading technical assessments and corrective action programs.
• Familiarity with CMMS, preventive/corrective maintenance, and asset lifecycle.
• Ability to travel 15–20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership for CSS personnel.
• Lead Operational Technical Assessments and corrective actions across NA portfolio.
• Coordinate remote troubleshooting and field deployments for major maintenance.
• Develop concise executive reports on corrective actions for leadership.
• Collaborate with Site Operations, Engineering, Construction, and Asset Management.
