Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational disciplines or related field.
• 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional OD and learning initiatives.
• Experience diagnosing organizational challenges and designing interventions.
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose org needs, design interventions and build leadership capability.
• Develop and implement blended learning and development programs.
• Scale standards and curricula across regions while respecting local needs.
• Lead portfolio governance with measurable outcomes and stakeholder updates.
• Coach executives and teams to strengthen operating effectiveness.
