Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional systems design, education, organizational development, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate learning strategy, organization development, talent management, or instructional design.
• Experience designing self-paced eLearning courses, translating complex concepts into clear, skill-based digital content.
• Experience editing multimedia elements (video, graphics, photos, and audio) to enhance engagement and quality for training courses and documentation.
• Experience using design thinking to translate business needs into learning solutions and collaborating with stakeholders.
• The following experience would be a plus: Retail, succession planning, learning ecosystems, assessments, mobile/adaptive learning, AI in training, and xAPI.

Responsibilities

• Design training offerings and development programs in partnership with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Facilitate and lead live training and development sessions.
• Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Create consistent learning content that provides a best-in-class learner experience.
• Leverage technology to shorten turnaround time and enhance knowledge transfer.
• Design and deliver learning in multiple formats with a user-centric approach.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create content and maintain enterprise training voice.
• Translate business situations into learning solutions that drive growth and impact.
