Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa, a luxury wellness destination, seeks an Assistant Director of Integrative Wellbeing to lead diverse wellness programs and staff across yoga, meditation, nutrition, fitness, and experiential offerings. You will partner with departments to deliver a personalized Miraval experience and maintain uncompromising guest care.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in health and wellbeing-focused programs.
• Experience leading and coaching teams.
• Strong guest service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Experience coordinating multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in developing, implementing, and evaluating wellness programs and offerings.
• Provide guidance and coaching to department leaders for staff development.
• Oversee the monthly activities schedule, balancing guest-driven, cost-effective offerings.
• Coordinate daily operations with program teams and resort partners (Guest Relations, Experience Planning, Housekeeping).
• Train Reservations and Guest Relations to connect guests with relevant programs.
• Guide staff on presenting offerings and referrals to consultations and services.
• Monitor guest feedback, program quality, and operating costs; report findings to the Director.
• Assist with departmental budgets, expense monitoring, and reporting.
