Miraval Austin Resort and Spa seeks a Part Time Farm Specialist to lead wellness programming and guest lectures on topics like Animal Connection, nature, and mindfulness. You will also conduct lifestyle consultations and develop new curricula while maintaining existing programs.

The role requires at least 5 years in integrative health/wellness programs and 2 years in independent practice or group facilitation, with strong communication and public speaking skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in integrative health and wellness programs.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in independent practice and/or facilitating groups.

Responsabilités

• Provide lectures, workshops and classes for guests on Animal Connection, Agriculture, Nature Connections, wellness/meditation, or related programming.
• Provide one-on-one guest consultations on lifestyle issues.
• Maintain materials used in the facilitation of these programs.
• Develop new curriculum and manage changes to existing programs based on research and trends.
• Participate in area and department meetings and coordinate with team.
• Balance private availability with class schedules and manage attendance.
• Collaborate to support department and resort initiatives.
• Respond to a wide variety of guest needs in lifestyle management with empathy.
• Fulfills marketing requests and proactively engage in communication with the team.
