Strong executive presence with ability to engage senior investment professionals and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Lead the East Region Institutional Distribution Team with clear priorities and execution standards.
Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of institutional sales and relationship professionals.
Drive commercial excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Manage pipelines, coaching, and business planning to accelerate productivity and opportunity conversion.
Develop and execute regional business plans to generate new mandates and grow assets under management.
