Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a scientific leader to drive the Epidemiology Pipeline in Immunology. The role focuses on providing expert epidemiology input for clinical trials, post-marketing studies, and strategic proposals.

You will collaborate with RWLP management, business development, and operations to develop and win global opportunities. As a senior SME, you will oversee study design, documentation, and scientific reporting, while training teams on epidemiologic methods and regulatory

Qualifications

• SME in Immunology Clinical Trials.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health (Master’s preferred Doctorate).
• Knowledge of a variety of study designs; familiarity with post-marketing and late-phase designs and guidelines preferred.
• Basic knowledge of statistical programming languages (SAS, R, Python).
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• SME in Immunology Clinical Trials; acts as a scientific resource for RWLP management and other functions.
• Develops and wins global business opportunities; leads proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Provides scientific oversight of projects to meet timelines, budgets, quality, and satisfaction.
• Oversees study start-up and ongoing management; develops/peer-reviews essential study documents (protocols, CRFs, SAPs).
• Facilitates scientific advisory boards and produces scientific reports/manuscripts.
• Maintains understanding of guidelines and epidemiologic practices; develops RWLP trainings.
• Develops abstracts and leads authorship of articles to promote company services.
