Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline with deep Immunology expertise to oversee scientific strategy for post-marketing and late-phase studies. You will coordinate with RWLP management and other functions to drive study designs, documents, and analyses while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

You will build relationships with sponsors, thought-leaders and investigators, develop abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations to promote company capabilities and scientific leadership.

Qualifications

• SME in Immunology Clinical Trials or related field.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Masters preferred, Doctorate optional.
• Familiarity with post-marketing and late-phase designs and guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of selected projects and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.
• Lead development of study documents including protocol and SAP with RWLP management.
• Collaborate across functions to develop and win global business opportunities.
