Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a Director of Epidemiology Pipeline in Immunology. You will provide scientific oversight for immunology clinical trials, guide study design, timelines, budgets, and regulatory alignment, and collaborate across RWLP, business development, and operations to win global opportunities.

The role requires a graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health, expertise in study designs including post-marketing and late-phase trials, and

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health required.
• In-depth knowledge of study designs including post-marketing and late-phase.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R, or Python.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of selected projects to meet timelines and budgets.
• Lead the development and peer-review of study documents (protocols, SAPs, CRFs).
• Coordinate with RWLP management to develop and win global opportunities.
• Develop abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations to promote services.
• Maintain familiarity with epidemiologic guidelines and trial designs.
• Improve processes for non-traditional site management and RWLP SOPs.
