Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline in Immunology to provide scientific oversight across global immunology trials. The role drives study design, proposal development, and regulatory-aligned methodologies while coordinating with RWLP management and cross-functional teams.

The candidate will lead the development of study documents, mentor teams, and contribute to abstracts and publications. Advanced epidemiology expertise and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• SME in Immunology Clinical Trials
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Masters preferred Doctorate
• In-depth knowledge of study designs; familiarity with post-marketing and late-phase designs and guidelines preferred
• Basic knowledge of statistical programming languages (SAS, R, Python)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
• Strong personal communication and team-oriented skills
• Demonstrated leadership and technical skills

Responsibilities

• Serves as a scientific resource for RWLP management and other Functions across Company.
• Lead development and delivery of project proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Provide scientific oversight of projects to meet timelines, budgets, quality, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the project manager on study start-up and ongoing management; prepare essential study documents.
• Develop and peer-review protocol, CRFs, SAPs, study management and interim/final reports; facilitate advisory boards.
• Build trainings on epidemiologic designs and guidelines for RWLP/Company teams.
• Develop abstracts, podium presentations, and lead authorship of articles to promote Company services.
