Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Director of Epidemiology Pipeline in Immunology to lead epidemiology strategy for late-stage programs. You will partner with RWLP, clinical development, and medical affairs to translate data into actionable insights.

The role requires a graduate degree, strong study-design expertise, and hands-on SAS/R/Python experience; leadership and communication skills are essential. This position is based in Colorado and offers senior-level responsibilities.

Qualifications

• SME in Immunology Clinical Trials with strong domain expertise.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Masters preferred Doctorate.
• Deep knowledge of study designs; familiarity with post-marketing and late-phase designs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a scientific resource for RWLP management and other functions.
• Lead the development and delivery of project proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Provide scientific oversight of selected projects; ensure timelines, budgets, quality, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the project manager on study start-up and ongoing study management; develop key documents.
• Develop and peer-review essential study documents including protocols, CRFs, SAPs, and interim/final reports.
• Develop trainings on epidemiologic guidelines for RWLP/Company.
• Build organizational capacity, improve processes, and SOP development for non-traditional site management.
• Work to develop post-marketing safety commitments and risk management techniques.
• Develop abstracts and lead authorship of articles and presentations.
