Job summary

Armis is seeking a Sr. Manager of Customer Success for healthcare cybersecurity in Seattle. You will lead the healthcare CS portfolio, bridging clinical IT, biomedical engineering, and security teams to drive OT/IT security adoption across hospitals and clinics.

You will mentor Technical CSMs, align regional ARR targets, and champion compliance storytelling with FDA/HIPAA frameworks while scaling care-specific success playbooks across multi-site environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• 5+ years focused on healthcare IT, medical device security, or clinical networks.

Responsibilities

• Own regional ARR planning and attainment for healthcare accounts.
• Standardize healthcare-specific EBR narratives and coordinate compliance storytelling.
• Establish portfolio healthcare risk playbooks and coordinate cross-functional mitigations.
• Define best practices for clinical network visibility, device inventory governance, and NAC enforcement.
• Drive feedback loops with Product and advisory boards on healthcare security features.
