Rivian is seeking a Sr. Employee Experience Partner to scale leadership capability across the company. This role focuses on coaching leaders, building scalable tools, and using data to address moments that matter in the employee journey.

The position emphasizes partnering with a wide range of leaders, designing practical resources, and shaping core programs to enhance onboarding and development at Rivian.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR in a generalist, HRBP, or leadership advisory role.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills to help leaders address real situations with confidence.
• Practical understanding of employee relations and HR compliance with a focus on prevention and clarity.
• Experience building training materials, toolkits, or guides that simplify people processes.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complexity for diverse audiences.
• Proactive mindset to build, improve and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted partner to people leaders, from first-line managers to senior leaders, helping them navigate everyday team dynamics.
• Identify trends in questions and friction points, then design scalable tools and training.
• Translate real-life needs into practical resources, such as how-to guides or hands-on workshops.
• Collaborate with COEs and HR Business Partners to ensure consistent guidance and reduce friction.
• Deliver targeted coaching and learning moments grounded in empathy, data, and business context.
• Help shape core programs and toolkits to improve onboarding, development, and support for leaders.
• Use data and feedback to identify opportunities for proactive interventions.
• Act as a thought partner to the broader Employee Experience team.
