Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sr. Employee Experience Partner to strengthen leadership capabilities at scale. You’ll coach leaders, design scalable tools, and guide data-informed decisions that elevate the employee journey across the company.

You’ll partner with COEs and HRBPs to ensure consistent guidance, while driving proactive interventions and practical resources that improve onboarding, development, and people processes for a growing workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist, HRBP, or leadership advisory role.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills for leading leaders through real situations.
• Practical understanding of employee relations and HR compliance with prevention focus.
• Experience building or delivering training, toolkits, or guides for people processes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a matrixed, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted partner to people leaders from first-line managers to senior leaders.
• Spot trends and design scalable tools and training to meet leader needs.
• Translate needs into practical resources and hands-on workshops.
• Collaborate with COEs and HRBPs to ensure consistent guidance with low friction.
• Deliver targeted coaching and learning moments grounded in empathy, data, and context.
• Shape core programs and toolkits to improve onboarding and development for leaders.
• Use data and feedback to identify proactive interventions for the employee experience.
• Provide perspective as a thought partner to the Employee Experience team.
