Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Lead Talent Management Partner to shape the employee experience by owning the strategy, design, and execution of key Talent Management programs, including Performance and Internal Mobility and the intersection with managerial capability.

This hybrid role is based in Irvine or Palo Alto, CA, Normal, IL or Atlanta offices and reports to the Director of Talent Management. You will ensure continuous feedback and growth aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or related field.
• Experience managing company-wide Performance Management cycles.
• Experience deploying Talent Management programs using Workday.
• Strong analytics to translate data into business insights.
• Process-oriented with documentation and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent change management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proactive, analytical problem-solver capable of driving solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of performance management, feedback, and talent reviews.
• Drive internal mobility programs and promotion review processes.
• Collaborate with Workday team to optimize talent processes and governance.
