Job summary

Amazon Health Services (AHS) seeks a Senior Manager of Learning and Development to lead enterprise-wide leadership development, onboarding, and compliance programs across the growing workforce.

You will own the leadership development architecture for AHS and the onboarding/compliance strategy, guiding a team of program managers, designers, and measurement specialists to deliver scalable development experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in leadership development, organization development, or related fields.
• Experience delivering customized learning and training solutions.
• Experience with learning assessments/analytics and data-driven influence.
• Experience with program and project management in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end leadership development architecture and tools for leaders at all levels.
• Define program vision, metrics, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead a team of program managers, designers, and measurement specialists.
• Partner with HR, Talent Management, and PXT teams for integrated talent solutions.
• Present results and recommendations to senior leadership.
