Amazon Health Services (AHS) seeks a Senior Manager of Learning and Development to architect enterprise leadership development, onboarding, and compliance programs. You will lead a team of program managers, designers, and measurement specialists, partnering with Amazon L&D to scale initiatives that align with AHS priorities and culture.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in management and leadership development, org development, learning and development, or equivalent experience
• Experience delivering customized learning solutions to diverse employee groups
• Experience with learning assessments/analytics and influencing others with data-driven recommendations
• Experience with program and project management in a matrixed organization

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end leadership development architecture for AHS across levels
• Partner with central L&D to adapt existing programs for AHS
• Define program vision, metrics, and multi-year roadmaps
• Drive improvement through data analysis and feedback
• Own lifecycle of enterprise learning products: strategy, design, launch, adoption, measurement
• Scale programs across growth initiatives while maintaining quality and impact
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, and PXT to align talent solutions
• Present results and recommendations to senior leadership
• Build and lead a high-performing team of program managers, designers, and analysts
